RIKB Design Build is an award-winning remodeling and design-build firm serving Rhode Island homeowners since 1989. We guide clients through every step of their renovation journey — from first consultation to finished space — and we’re looking for a Sales Consultant who can be their trusted guide.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with prospective clients for design center and in-home consultations
  • Build genuine relationships and understand each homeowner’s goals, budget, and vision
  • Guide clients through our proven design-build process with clarity and confidence
  • Collaborate with our design and production teams to bring projects to life
  • Manage your pipeline from initial lead to signed agreement

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (remodeling, construction, home services, or related field preferred)
  • A consultative, relationship-first approach — you listen before you sell
  • Strong communication and follow-through
  • Comfort discussing budgets and project scope with homeowners
  • Self-motivated with the drive to hit and exceed goals
  • Valid driver’s license for in-home appointments
