Design Associate

Provides the Sales/Design Team with assistance in the preparation of Designs, Proposals, Estimates and Specifications to expedite the sales process and ensure complete and accurate project documentation. We are looking for a tech-savvy, people-person who communicates well. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, adept at problem-solving, and willing to grow within the position.

Design Consultant

Responsible for guiding our clients through the residential remodeling process including creating and selling projects and assisting our clients with the many decisions involved in making their dreams a reality for their interior spaces.

Project Manager

Responsible for the entire renovation and construction by coordinating the building materials and labor within the budget established.

Works closely with the Project Manager and Designer to schedule the projects and coordinate all vendors and materials.

Meet with prospective clients for design center and in-home consultations to understand each homeowner’s goals, budget and vision to help guide the project from initial lead, to signed agreement, to completed project.

We’ve always made continued learning a core value. We believe that it’s crucial to hone our skills and stay current with industry and design best practices. That’s why we encourage all of our employees to further develop and improve themselves through company-paid ongoing training through certifications, educational workshops and/or industry conferences. All employees are provided with a continuing education and certification annual allowance and encouraged to utilize these funds. Our design staff is encouraged to pursue certifications including CAPS (Certified Aging in Place), UDCP (Universal Design Certified Professional), CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer), and AKBD (Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer) and our field personally attend OSHA safety classes. We also encourage our team to learn from each other through mentoring, job shadowing and cross training.
