Your Production & Installation Team

After your project has been designed and material selections have been made to meet your needs and budget, the RIKB Production and Installation team makes the magic happen.

Each member of our team is extremely respectful, honest, and knowledgeable. Your project manager will be on-site on a regular basis to oversee every phase of construction and answer your questions. They work closely with the entire team to coordinate all aspects of the project. Should any unexpected challenges arise, we’ll address them immediately and find solutions that meet your needs, communicating with you every step of the way.

Jim’s dedication to craftsmanship and his extensive experience make him an invaluable member of the RIKB team. Surrounded by family members in the trades and inspired by his father’s resourcefulness, Jim developed a passion for building and fixing things early on. After earning a BS in Marketing from Bryant University, he initially pursued a sales career. However, Jim’s true calling emerged, leading him to start his own finish carpentry and cabinet-making business. Over three years, he honed his skills in design, fabrication, and installation of custom cabinets and displays. He then transitioned to commercial and residential interior remodeling, where he accumulated eight years of experience. His precision and attention to detail have consistently resulted in remarkable spaces that exceed clients’ expectations.

Leveraging his extensive construction knowledge, he ensures smooth operations and oversees projects from start to finish. Outside of work, Jim enjoys quality time with his wife and four boys, has a passion for music and concerts, and often undertakes “little projects” around the house. He also finds solace in the serene beauty of Cape Cod.

Mike Araujo brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a deep passion for construction to his role at RIKB Design Build. His fascination with building began in high school woodshop classes, where he crafted sheds and gazebos—sparking a lifelong commitment to transforming empty lots into dream homes.

Mike finds great pride and satisfaction in watching a space take shape and knowing the team has made a meaningful impact on a homeowner’s life. His meticulous attention to detail and collaborative spirit have earned him the trust of colleagues and clients alike. In recognition of his contributions, Mike was honored with the 2021 PRISM Award for “Most Valuable Team Player – Builder or Remodeler,” affectionately referred to as “Most Valuable Mike.”

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the New England Institute of Technology. Outside of work, he’s a devoted car enthusiast who enjoys attending car shows, kayaking with friends, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to new places.

Craig Berube, Construction Supervisor

Craig’s interest in remodeling began early, as he spent many hours observing and assisting his parents at their family-owned kitchen dealership. After graduating from Guilford College, he followed the calling and worked for a builder for a couple of years before moving to New York City. After three years in the big city, he returned to South Eastern Massachusetts to begin his own finish carpentry business, where he installed cabinetry and remodeled and built new homes for over eight years.

Passionate about collaborating with our clients to provide creative solutions, Craig brings his four years of experience as an industry-leading manufacturer’s rep to RIKB. His specialties range from kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, and master suites, to multi-room and whole house renovations. He knows the ins and outs of the complex remodeling process, and his customer-centric approach allows him to be a client advocate from beginning to end, providing a seamless experience from design to project completion. Outside the office, Craig is equally passionate about his home and enjoys completing home and gardening projects, cooking, and spending time with his family.

Jack
Jack Reardon, Project Coordinator, CRPM

Jack brings energy, efficiency, and a team-first attitude to his role as Project Coordinator. A proud member of a big family with three older brothers, Jack joined RIKB in June 2021 and quickly proved himself to be a vital part of the production team. After two years of college, he chose to pursue his passion full time, growing steadily from Warehouse Coordinator to Purchaser and now to Project Coordinator.

In his four years with RIKB, Jack has played a key role in streamlining the purchasing process and alleviating stress for his peers—always with a smile and a sharp sense of humor. His specialties include organization, communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving—plus a healthy dose of comedic relief when it’s most needed. Jack enjoys seeing a team come together to bring dream spaces to life—turning renderings and ideas into tangible, lived-in results that truly reflect each client’s vision.

Jack is a Certified Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM) through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), a credential that reflects his dedication to excellence and his ability to keep even the most complex projects running smoothly. Outside work, he enjoys basketball, football, music, and any game that challenges his mind.

Mike Rizzoli, Project Coordinator

Reliable and self-motivated, Mike brings a unique blend of professionalism and personality to his role as Project Coordinator. A proud graduate of Mount Saint Charles and a magna cum laude alum of Johnson & Wales University’s Management program, Mike’s well-rounded background includes experience in interior and exterior construction, facilities management, and smart home systems, including alarm and camera installation.

OSHA10 certified and a critical thinker by nature, Mike thrives on problem-solving and keeping projects on track. His favorite part of the job is watching a space undergo a complete transformation and seeing the joy it brings to the homeowners—it fuels his dedication and passion every day.

As a proud dad to two young children, Mike balances his work life with a strong focus on personal growth and wellness. Outside the office, you’ll often find him hiking, tackling hands-on construction projects, or enjoying a great cup of coffee. A lifelong learner, Mike is constantly seeking ways to grow both personally and professionally.
