Joining our team in 2015, Kim is passionate about helping our clients develop designs that work for their lifestyle. Involved with almost every step in the process, Kim provides our Designers with detailed 3D elevation designs and renderings using Chief Architect, as well as 2020 Design. Her focus on making every project a success drives her to be keenly aware of all project details throughout the estimating, proposals, specifications and construction stages to ensure complete and accurate project documentation. Incredibly organized, she assists in the sourcing and ordering of cabinetry, hardware, tile selections, plumbing fixtures, lighting, countertops and a variety of other accessories. Once construction has started, she assists our field personnel to ensure overall quality and completeness of the project. Kim’s specialties include kitchen cabinetry layouts and details, bathroom design & details, and multi-room renovation layouts.
Earning her B.S. in Interior Design from New England Institute of Technology (Dean’s List and Honor’s Society), Kim was one of three students selected as candidate for the Faculty Design Award for Architecture & Interior Design. Born and raised in RI, Kim is an avid reader of all genres and loves to spend time in nature staying active. Whether it’s swimming, waterskiing, hiking state parks with her beagle (Buttons), or hiking the 4,000+ foot mountains of NH – she is always on the go!

Viviann brings creativity, curiosity, and a deep love for design to every project she touches. She’s inspired by the way thoughtful spaces can influence how people feel and live—and she’s passionate about helping clients create environments that support their best lives. Whether she’s drafting plans or sourcing the perfect tile, Viviann loves that no two days are the same.
Viviann holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology. She gained hands-on experience through internships at Charles Street Design and Elkus Manfredi Architects, where she sharpened her design skills and learned the importance of collaboration, precision, and purpose in every space.
Taylor Perri, Design Associate

Taylor brings creativity, heart, and a sharp eye for detail to every project she touches. Inspired by a lifelong love of design and craftsmanship, she found her path through a background in antiques, where she developed an appreciation for timeless style, quality materials, and the stories behind every piece.
With a special focus on older homes, Taylor loves modernizing spaces while honoring their original character; often adding a bold pop of color or unexpected detail to bring the design to life. Her work reflects a balance of creativity, function, and personality, resulting in spaces that feel both fresh and enduring. She’s always passionate about seeing a project come full circle—from the first concept to the final reveal.
Taylor is a Rhode Island native, a proud mom, and a devoted dog lover (she has five!). When she’s not designing, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors, kayaking, hiking, gardening, visiting wineries, painting, reading, or hunting for unique antique finds.
Katelyn Tondreau, Technical Design Intern

Katelyn brings creativity, curiosity, and a strong work ethic to every project. A lifelong design enthusiast—known for rearranging furniture and decor as a child and sketching layouts inspired by HGTV and Minecraft—she has always been drawn to creating beautiful, functional spaces.
Since joining RIKB, Katelyn has immersed herself in both the creative and technical aspects of design. She enjoys working on drawing packets, finalizing specifications, and watching a project’s vision come to life. Her strong organizational skills, space planning ability, adaptability, and collaborative mindset make her a valuable part of the team.
Katelyn earned her Associate of Science in Interior Design from the New England Institute of Technology in March 2024 and was honored with the Best of Tech Award. She is currently working toward her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, expected in September 2025. Her talent was evident early on—she scored a five on the College Board AP 2D Art & Design Exam in high school.
Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys playing the piano and hopes to learn guitar someday. She likes staying active, finds satisfaction in cleaning and organizing, and taps into her creative side through arts and crafts. She also treasures time spent at NASCAR races with her dad and making memories with friends and family.
